Anny Bisson

Based in the Laurentides for more than ten years, Anny Bisson is a painter originally from Abitibi whose path combines academic rigor with hands-on experience. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts from the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue, as well as a Certificate in Artistic Expression from the Université de Sherbrooke.

Drawn to the power of large-scale works and to paintings that occupy space as much as they inhabit it, she has also worked as a scenic painter for leading institutions such as Cirque du Soleil, Radio-Canada, and Scène Éthique-formative experiences that continue to inform her pictorial approach today.
