The stamp represents a journey. Much like life the stamp is fragile and ephemeral but can have an exciting journey. In this series RichHARD provokes a subversive questioning using stripped bare portraits. The question he inquires is whether we all sell ourselves at some stage of life. Some more than others, bound by our journey and life decisions. RichHARD himself worked for a decade in corporate life to afford him to focus 100% on his art subsequently. Both the stamp and life are something so precious.
